Why almost?

The cake itself is vegan chocolate cake. I didn't have the stuffs at the house to make a vegan icing, so I used good old fashioned buttercream...in odd colors.









Yes, it IS ugly- I was practicing a few techniques so it's kind of like scratch paper, except made out of cake.
